We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you may initiate a return within this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Please include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@vedsanjeevani.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@vedsanjeevani.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and products purchased during clearance sales are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. In such cases, Ved Sanjeevani will cover the return shipping.
